Key Takeaways

1. Positive Consensus on Pajarito Trails Series Project Features

Stakeholders express strong, positive support for project features:

a. Trail Stewardship is the Highest Priority: Promotion of Trail Stewardship

received the most "Very Desirable" ratings with 12 out of 19 respondents

(63.2%).

b. Strong Support for Common Tools and Marketing: Features like the Master

Calendar, Supplemental Marketing and PR support, Facilitation of

Common Services, and Promotion of Accessibility/Inclusivity all received 14

or more combined "Very Desirable" and "Desirable" votes out of 19,

indicating broad support for these practical forms of assistance.

c. The Collaborative Approach (Coalition Model) received predominantly

positive feedback but also 3 negative responses without explanation.

Follow-ups should be done to try to understand and address concerns if

possible.

2. Preference for Mid-Level Engagement and Consultation

The majority of stakeholder respondents are interested in supporting the

project in an advisory or informative capacity, rather than a

high-commitment, hands-on role. Over half of respondents (52.6%)

selected the Advisor/Ambassador/Information Source role, which involves

providing expert feedback and connections. About one-fourth of

stakeholders (26.3%) selected the Interested in Staying Informed role,

indicating a desire to follow the project's progress without active

participation. Four respondents said they will participate in the Organizing

Team - an excellent start.

3. Just for Fun: Feedback on Brainstormed Taglines

Taglines aren’t even close to being finalized, but respondent reactions offer

clues about how they resonate with different ideas. More tagline ideas will

be solicited and evaluated by the organizing team. This input provides a

starting place for discussion and further work
